Choose a location to suit you, whether in the studio, at home or somewhere scenic outdoors such as the beach, river or forest. Although most of Shaun’s clients are in Cambridgeshire, Suffolk & Norfolk, he frequently travels all over the UK and abroad.

Shaun will take a wide selection of photos that will be creatively edited to your requirements. Having so many wonderful portrait photos to choose from takes care and time, which is why many of our clients opt for an all-inclusive package.

Before your shoot
We’ll discuss exactly what you would like and create a shoot list we can follow. If you’re still not sure, we’ll start off with some standard headshots and then gradually take more photographs at a pace you’re comfortable with.  A slinky, sexy dress is ideal for beginning the photography. No need to worry about your age or body shape; I photograph everyone to hide the bits you don’t want to be seen, and I use a combination of flattering poses to make everyone looks sensational, for your peace of mind I’ll also show you the photographs as they’re taken to be sure I’ve captured you perfectly.

What to wear
Feel free to bring a few changes of clothes. The beauty with low key portrait photography is the light only shows the area we want it to on the day, so quite often people wear very little or no clothing to show off the contours of their body

Styles
These are usually Black & White Photographs creating the dramatic artistic look. often not even showing who you are.

How Long Will the Photo Shoot Take?
There’s never a limit to how long we spend on a photo shoot; we’ll take photographs until we’re both happy with the results. Photo shoots rarely take less than an hour or longer than 3 hours.

Digital Editing
Please don’t worry about any blemishes you may feel you have. we edit everything to perfection, exactly as you’d see in magazines.

After the Shoot
I’ll edit all the photographs and present them in a gallery only viewable by you. Your images will never be viewed by anyone else without your consent.

Hair & Makeup Artist
Usually, these shoots are combined with other Makeover & Boudoir Photographs,  so all photographs include a complete magazine-style makeover which amazingly enhances your makeup and looks, we can also provide a hair and makeup artist for £70.

Low Key Event Photography
Low Key photography can also be taken to your event using a private portable studio or location studio.
